As an Analyst, Mr. Rush specializes in analyzing economic damages, performing critical path schedule analysis, and preparing and reviewing claims related to delay, acceleration, and extended costs. Mr. Rush has applied industry approved models to calculate damages, determine liability, and assess productivity and inefficiency in a variety of construction and engineering litigation scenarios.
Recently, Mr. Rush has been involved in hydroelectric and gas turbine power plant projects across the United States and internationally. Prior to joining C2G, Mr. Rush worked for a general contractor on residential and commercial construction projects across Southern California and spent several years in Mexico City leading teams giving volunteer service.
Mr. Rush received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego in La Jolla, CA, along with a minor in Spanish Literature. In addition, he is fluent in Spanish.
